Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Develop overall North Asia Talent Acquisition Strategy and ensure the implementation and alignment;
- Be responsible for the recruitment of positions for head office and senior positions across North Asia.
- Develop internal staffing process and governance, incl. CEVA DNA, assessment tools, selection process and job portal, etc.
- Proactively work out organization and talent mapping in the industry, focus on manager and above positions;
- Develop external talent pipeline from a long-term perspective for critical key positions and functions and keep tracking those individuals development in their career
- Keep up to date the talent market intelligence and make recommendation on talent acquisition and reward equal employment opportunity and workplace diversity, etc.
- Source and manage recruiting channels to ensure service quality, lead time and process
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
- Minimum bachelor degree in Human Resources, bussiness or releated subject
- At least three years working experience in HR recruiting in multinational environment
- Good English skill in both writing and speaking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
