1. Works closely with product engineer, development engineer to develop a high level of understanding of the design and manufacturing processes through CAE softwares

2. Develops related software tools to aid in the analysis process

3. Be responsible for analyzing and interpreting the analyzed results by following internal standards, and make recommendations for design improvements, as well as to provide support to related engineers in understanding failure financial results

4.Making design analysis for customers at their specific requests and make recommendations,

5. Release analysis reports for internal and external use. 

1. Extensive working experience in the area of finite element analysis in automotive industry

2. Thorough understanding of mechanical and thermal stresses and strains

3. Appropriate knowledge of the following software:

？ Experienced using Altair Hyperworks (Hypermesh, Hyperview, Radioss, …) and Abaqus

？ Familiar with structural, thermal, vibration, dynamic analysis technique

？ Basic knowledge on Unix OS

？ Programming experience of Python / Tcl is preferred, understanding of seal/gasket design parameters is preferred,

？ Knowledge of mechanical behavior of sealing component materials and experimental methods to obtain properties.
