Defining & Developing CS Product Offers to different groups of customers which are divided by different types or sales channels;
Offers to on-line (E-Commerce) customers;
Offers to new car launch related policies & products;
Offers to seasonal service campaign policies- & products;
Offers to customers from different sales channels:
1) Key Accounts – Leasing companies / Government / Used Car
2) Individual VIPs – Abroad students / Staffs of VIP companies
3) Internal Staffs
Offers to customers from different types:
Customers from different regions / car models / car ages / using frequencies
Offers to customers from different needs of service:
1) Regular maintenance
2) Upgrade maintenance
3) Wear & Tear parts change
4) Performance upgrade & Car care
Service Contracts & Extended Warranties
要求：
Education：University degree
Experience：Minimum 5 years working experience in automobile industry, customer service / Aftersales products related experience is preferred.
Ability/Skills/Personalities：
Good understanding of automobile service products business model.
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Strong summarizing and presenting abilities;
English skills: Fluent in oral and written format;
PC skills: Good in Microsoft Office (PPT & Excel)
Ability to act independently: Yes.
