Job Description：

1.To provide technical assistance to the sales engineers and customers regards choice of products, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, prices, etc;

2.To calculate GRP and sales prices of non-standard as well as out-of-price list material, provide project quotation and SOR and other required documents for orders;

3.To respond customers inquires and give a brief explanation of the technical problem, alternatively proceed to the person(s) concerned for assistance;

4.To process special orders and inquiries in coordination with the supplier;

5.To help the sales force by handling of tenders and projects, include providing dimension, specifications, calculations, time of delivery, operation and maintenance issues, etc;

6.To assist and coordinate in the technical training for internal staff & LDs;

7.Help to follow-up the time schedule of deliveries agreed upon and take appropriate action in case of deviations;

8.To provide technical assistance to the service administration;

9.To coordinate with the services and logistics function to improve the customer's satisfactions.

10.To communicate with the respective product segment or other suppliers, where local problem solving is not available;

10.Other tasks from manager.

 

Job Requirements :

1.Diploma or degree holder in hydraulic machinery, electric machines, power electronics or control field;

2.Good command in oral and written Chinese and English;

3.Fluent in Mandarin Experiences;

4.Experienced with pumps or control panels maintenance or consultancy or sales works, will be an advantage.

2.计算非标产品和价格过高的清单物料的GRP和价格，提供项目报价，SOR和其他要求的订单文件；

3.根据客户需求回答客户咨询并简要说明技术问题，或者再需要时向有关人员寻求帮助；

4.与供应商协调并处理特殊订单和查询；

5.帮助销售人员处理招标和项目，包括提供尺寸，规格，计算，交货时间，运营和维护问题等；

6.支持并协调给内部人员和外部客户的技术培训；

7.帮助跟进商定的交货时间表，并在出现偏差时采取适当行动；

8.向服务管理部门提供技术协助；

9.协调服务和物流，提高客户满意度。

10.与区域内无法解决问题的产品部门或其他供应商进行沟通；

11.经理安排的其他任务。

岗位需求：

1.液压、机械、电机、电力电子或控制领域等相关专业；

2.良好的中，英文口语和书面表达能力；

3.流利的普通话经验；

4.泵或控制系统的维护，咨询或技术销售工作经验优先。
