Duties and Responsibilities：

- Support IPES business to quote completive cost to win business in China;

- Ensure product competitive and drive product development;

- Formulate, implement and execute the project logistics business strategy in local market;

- Work independently, collaborate with global and China project logistics expertise team to ensure the sustainable product development;

- Collaborate with Operation Units in China to ensure the operational excellence;

- Collaborate with commercial team in China to develop local controlled business opportunity;

- Monitor China cluster project logistics activities to ensure visibility of the product development;

- Work with corporate procurement team to ensure the effective procurement;

- Work with corporate business lines to pursue the best possible of internal resources leverage;

- Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure they are adhered to.

Qualification:

- University level or above;

- At least 5 years logistics industry experience and 3 years project logistics experience; have management experience is plus;

- Fluent Mandarin and English;

- Master Microsoft Office Suits & Project logistics operation knowledge is must;

- Negotiation and interpersonal skills; Able to Multi-tasks processing is plus;

- Effective management skills on performance management and team management.
