Role Purpose
1. Assists production manager to ensure production progress effectively and smoothly

3. Develops more operators to become multi-skilling
4. Improve HSEQ performance to meet or exceed organizational standards
5. Seeks to find and improve the bottle neck on equipment and process
6. Leading department audit and ensure corrective action completed


Accountabilities
1. Plans, organizes and monitors production process
2. Assesses the bottlenecks in process and seeks solutions to make sure production progress effectively and smoothly
3. Develops operators’ technical and personal skill by effective training
4. Continuously execute AM & 5s initiatives
5. Leads departmental change initiatives
6. Ensures the implementation of HSE and quality standards in routine work
7. Leading department audit and ensure corrective action completed


Critical knowledge

1. University degree
2. Major on chemistry or engineering

Critical experience

1. 2-3 years of supervisor experience in chemical plant
2. Familiar with 5S, AM or lean manufacture is better
