·        The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the East Asia country cluster demand signal including forecasting, material requirement planning, strategic initiatives, product launches and market driven demand adjustments. 

·        Facilitate a demand planning culture that ensures that monthly forecast submission deadlines are respected, and which drives key performance objectives of forecast accuracy and sales plan stability

·        Regularly review forecast key performance index, conduct root cause analysis and come out with forward looking actions to address performance gaps

·        Interact with commercial, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers and align demand forecast with sales/finance revenue forecast

·        Ensure inventory level are managed according to inventory guidelines and target holdings to reduce risk and exposure 

·        Work closely with supply team to manage product availability to maintain order fill rate and support change in market demand and/or business strategies

·        Manage new product launches and end of life planning to appropriately balance availability and inventory risks. 

·        Lead the forecasting process to ensure that forecasts are facts based and upload forecast into Demand Caster on-time.

·        Review historical sales trends, demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast results.

·        Provide leadership, technical knowledge and expertise to project teams on launches, product changes or process improvements. Ensure new products, packaging changes, and promotions are planned for and implemented on-time

·        Review existing supply chain processes, systems, procedures & policies to improve customer service and gain both operational and cost efficiencies. 

任职资格：

• Education and Experience – Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain or equivalent qualification.  At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, SIOP, E2E supply chain, prefer those from medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Communication: Strong listening skills with the ability to distill complex information from multiple cultural styles and tailor both written and verbal communication in a concise, logical, audience-appropriate manner.  Able to communicate efficiently in both English and Chinese with various stakeholders confidently, can speak and write other Asian language would be advantage.
• Expertise – excellent knowledge and experience in demand and supply planning, product life cycle management, forecasting, production planning
• Operational Excellence – possess APICS CPIM or CSCP certificate would be advantage

Able to recognize strategic and tactical implications of complex product development activities. Able to apply PDCA/DMAIC model and make risk appropriate decisions, escalate when necessary in a timely manner.

• Analytical and Financial Skills: strong analytical and business skills and ability to summarize analysis and manage a supply chain expenses.

• Adaptability – you are able to adapt to change in a highly dynamic, face-paced and ambiguous environments while prioritizing workload efficiently and meet deadlines; proven ability to work independently and consistently meet deliverables in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision
• Forward Thinking – you tackle tasks with confidence, particularly during times of increased pressure, remain open to others' ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things.
• Continuous Improvement – you are someone dare to challenge status quo such as current systems and processes to identify short- and long-term improvement opportunities
• IT & Computer Proficiency – you are proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and possess good working experience & knowledge in SAP and other ERP systems.
