1、全面负责公司天猫、淘宝店铺运营管理，制定店铺整体运营策略；
2、负责协调各部门工作，建立有效的团队协作机制；
3、负责淘宝/天猫店铺的日常运营，维护管理，确保业绩指标的完成；
4、监测店铺各项数据的变化：营销数据、交易数据、搜索排名等，对店铺的PV、UV、销量、跳失率、地域分布、转化率做出专业的数据分析，并提出有效解决方案，优化店铺及产品排名；
5、负责店铺各类促销活动以及淘宝官方各类活动的申报、争取、策划和实施，对促销和推广活动进行追踪，并进行数据统计分析；
6、负责每月销售报表，周报分析，根据分析结果提供改进方案
任职要求：
1、具有1-3年以上天猫、淘宝店铺运营推广的经验，有教育类电商经验者优先考虑；
2、熟悉天猫、淘宝的后台操作流程以及各项运营规则，
3、熟悉淘宝直通车、淘宝客、淘宝论坛等宣传工具，熟悉天猫、淘宝站内各种免费推广活动，并善于总结经验，为达到销售业绩能提供具体的思路和方法；
4、熟练应用各种工具，独立分析各网店的数据，能够数据化运营店铺，改进和优化店铺推广；
5、乐观开朗，积极主动，认真负责，执行力和学习能力强，坚韧执着，具有良好的服务意识与团队精神。
