Job Summary

To assume responsibility for CBG eCommerce operations, provide the basic services into the design of the 3M China CBG Corp FG eStore, especially daily work to support CBG Corp TMALL and JD Flagship eStore, through closing work with Flagship eStore Manager, and implementation of online marketing programs to explore the CBG eCommerce Sales, meanwhile take ownership to manage Taobao Employee eStore.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1 Work closely with CBG Corp Flagship eStore Manager to ensure that all operations working aligned, and individually to drive Taobao Employee eStore operations and Keep it growth  in regular basis 2. Support to execute online marketing program to promote products or services directly to on-line customers of our CBG Corp TMall and JD FG eStore, and try to make it all successful. 3. Oversee the implementation of eCommece initiatives, including: SEM, eMail marketing programs, social media, and other interactive channels, said CRM and digital Marketing tools to improve ROI. 4. Under directions to basic budget allocation and control on projects to ensure cost effectiveness. 5 Basic vendor management skill to communicate with 3rd party TP and logistic partners, and make sure all the programs understand smoothly, and report the gaps. 6. Basic analyzes and defines on-line product portfolio growth within market segment. 7 Maintain reporting and status measures of all eCommerce marketing programs at the business Unit levels 8. Understand the division eCommerce strategies and provide support when necessary to ensure their success. Stretch to provide management oversights of Market trend, and eStore performance.                

Qualifications:

(Education/Experience and Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Skill and Knowledge Applied

Formal Education/Field of Knowledge:  

BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

Experience/Proficiency Level:  

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an eCommerce / digtial marketing, either for B2B or B2C manufacturing company.

Job Skills/Competencies:  

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills

 

Demonstrated ability to work in a large, complex organization and build consensus, balancing multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Strong project management skill.

Knowledge of computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility is normally required. Generally, requires the ability to communicate in written English.
