-Responsible for store portfolio analysis, setup investment estimate and cost tracking model.

-Prepare monthly forecast, annual budget and actual results analysis report.

-Support other finance projects

Communication:

-Internal communication with other departments and accounting functions

-External communication with landlord and Franchisee
