岗位职责：

1 Daily receive/check booking, Packing List, Invoice with customer and forward with GSC 

2 System execution for HAWB, MAWB, Manifest 

3 Booking with Gateway team and monitor flight schedual and arrival status 

4 Internal billing cost accrual and external invoice/Tax invoice generation 

5 Payment application and upload supporting in HW system 

6 Tracking and tracing shipment status, monitor milestone and update customer daily report             

岗位要求：

Education & Qualifications Bachelor degree. 

Experience 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding industry

Specialist Knowledge & Skills Computer literate(Can use Office soft like Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint ) 

Interpersonal & Communication Skills Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties Mandarin and English language proficiency
