Principal Missions:

It’s a really wide and fascinating mission we are offering you:

? Identify the XPeng brand TA in digital marketing and its business model.

? Under the authority of XPeng Head of Global MKT, plan all digital media buying,

website content & events, SEO/SEM, marketing database, EDM, social media, KOLs

and display advertising digital campaigns and execute with marketing team.

? Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, with

performance, ROI and KPIs.

? Identify trends and insights of global digital market, especially EU Digital trends,

optimize the budget spend and performance based on the insights.

? Brainstorm new and creative growth digital strategy & Campaigns.

? Collaborate & coordinate with internal teams to related digital effort & try to give

better consumer acquisition and user experience.

? Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across

multiple channels and customer touch points.

? Already have experience to follow video production agencies for digital usages.

? Instrument conversion points and optimize users funnels.

? Collaborate with agencies and other partners.

? International coordination with other companies’ entities.

? Follow up other Marketing activities to better assisting in digital aspects.

? Follow up content creation with Marketing team in order to optimize or support

them.

? Activities reporting.

? Frequently business trip or overseas local staying in different countries is necessary.

Profifile:

? First of all, we care about your personality: enthusiastic, positive, proactive, creative and

brave! Don’t be afraid to be different from others.

? Have great communication skills, very friendly and curious to meet people & things you

don’t know.

? You are passionate about cars, EV, high-tech…

? 5-8 years experiences in digital marketing or 5 years digital in overseas business.

? This position requires a very good organization and requires good stress management.

? Working language and most of the communication is in English. Other languages for this

position is a preference.

? Teamwork, Team spirit, Responsible, Good communication, Efficient, Sociable, reliable,

Good knowledge in Digital.
