岗位职责:

JOB TITLE: Legal Specialist
LOCATION: Shanghai
REPORTING TO: RHQ Legal Counsel

MAIN SCOPE:
？ Being a member of Otis China Legal & Compliance team, assist RHQ lawyers and compliance governance leader in various legal and compliance matters, including legal research, drafting legal and presentational documents, legislative development monitoring, development, implementation and governance of the Compliance programs within Otis China, custodian of company chops and other supportive matters.
？ The coverage of the supportive matters could be as broad as including the following so as to give this legal specialist a full opportunity to be exposed to a variety of legal and compliance matters with the mentoring from senior lawyers:
1) Sales, Marketing, After-market services
2) Financing-related legal advice
3) EHS legislation development and advice
4) Labor law and disputes
5) A variety of compliance-type of work, such as promoting, building and fostering a strong Otis compliance culture, conducting risk assessment, and developing new business controls and processes, support in organizing and conducting compliance trainings

任职资格:

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
？ Must have a law degree from a first-tier law school in China
？ Plus if the candidate has already passed the China bar exam
？ Plus if the candidate has internship experiences with reputable law firms or international companies
？ Excellent written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (need scores of TOFEL or other equivalent tests)
？ Computer skills (Word, Power Point, Excel) is a plus
