Job descriptions and responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end business solutions in line with IT strategy;
• Work closely with local and remote IT teams to assess technical and operational requirements of business solutions, and implement system solutions;
• Write professional comprehensive documentation; including but not limited to project proposals, requirement specifications, functional specifications, implementation plans, test plans, user guides and deployment plans;
• Support end-to-end application implementation services and project delivery;
• Arrange user acceptance test and production rollouts;
• Stay close to the business development of various lines of service and cultivate strong relationships with end users;
• Explore and recommend new technologies to improvements to existing IT services;
• Proactively dig out firmwide useful light-weight digital tools and evoke staff digital awareness;
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships;
• Identify potential construction-related issues and provide appropriate solutions;
• Prepare regular management reports on the progress of the projects and oversee quality control throughout project’s life cycle.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years working experience in solution advisory and software design;
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships;
• Proven experience in project management over the full delivery cycle;
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem solving and communication skills, especially the ability to translate complex technology concepts into easy to understand and compelling messages;
• Strong business sense and good business writing skills;
• Strong sense at design of user experience and attention to details;
• Strong research and learning skills to always keep in pace with the latest technology;
• Ability to maintain effective communication and good relationships with team members;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese. Proficient in spoken Mandarin is preferable;
• Knowledge in SQL, noSQL and BI report is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree above in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience;

• Familiar with at least one front-end framework (React/VUE, etc.), and better understand the VUE design principle;
• Familiar with HTTP/HTTPS, RESTful, Web Socket and other front-end communication protocols;
• Understand at least one backend development language (C#/Java/NodeJS);
• Understand the W3C standard, skill in handling various browser compatibility issues;
• Experience in performance optimization and efficiency improvement;
