1.  主导工厂布局规划，设计和改善生产设备、工具、材料和工作空间，优化产品线功能布局和详细布局，***限度地利用空间，提升产能和工作效率；

Lead plant layout design, design & improve the layout of equipment, tools, materials and workspace, optimize product line functional layout and detailed layout planning to maximize space utilization & increase capacity and work efficiency;

2.  对动作、人工工时、机器台时、物料耗用、生产成本等进行标准化分析，评估产能、人员和设备等需求，建立效能评价体系；

Conduct standardized analysis of MOD, labor & machine hours, material consumption, production cost etc., evaluate capacity, manpower and equipment requirements, establish effectiveness evaluation system;

3.  根据生产能力、生产周期及订单交期等情况执行生产需求分析，建议并计划生产所需的人力、工具和设备等，对生产相关数据进行系统分析，建立产能需求平衡和预警机制；

According to production capacity, production cycle and order delivery time etc., make production requirements analysis, propose & plan the manpower, tools and equipment etc. which required for production, make systematic analysis of production data, establish a mechanism for balancing capacity requirements and for early warning;

4.  制订优化标准工时，确定标准化作业流程，改善生产工艺技术，改进工艺流程，审核并完善生产作业指导书，追踪和评估生产绩效；

Establish and optimize standard working hours, identify the standardized workflow, improve the production technology and process, review and optimize operation instructions, track and evaluate production performance;

5.  配合产品开发、设计变更、非标处理，评估和规划新产品生产制程，进行新产品试制和批量生产的工艺工装设计；

Cooperate with product development, design change, non-standard processing, evaluate and plan new product manufacturing process, carry out new product trial production and tooling design of batch production;

6.  搭建全面生产计划运作体系，制定和优化生产计划流程及制度建设，制定和管理生产计划，识别监测关键风险，及时制定解决措施；

Set up the overall production planning operation system, formulate & optimize production planning processes and policies, develop and manage production plans, identify & monitor key risks, make solutions timely;

7.  评审业务订单和销售预测，与商务运营部门接口，回复并传达订单评审结果，协调采购、生产、销售等环节；

Review business orders & sales forecast, to be the interface with commercial operation team, reply the order review results, coordinate purchasing, production, sales and other aspects;

8.  编制生产主计划，组织制定并审核生产计划、生产排程及生产目标，并组织实施和监控，确保效率***化；

Formulate production master plan, organize to make & review production plan, schedule & production targets, organize the implementation and monitoring, ensure the maximum efficiency;

9.  监控内外部生产计划进度，依据生产计划完成情况、物料供应情况和订单紧急情况等及时合理调整生产计划，达成准时出货要求；

Monitor internal and external production schedule, adjust the production plan according to the completion of production plan, material supply & order emergency etc. to fulfill the on time delivery requirement;

10. 监测生产现场作业、工艺、质量问题及生产计划执行状态，提出解决办法及纠正/改进措施，减少资源闲置浪费，有效控制加班；

Monitor on-site problems of operation, process and quality, and the production plan execution status, make solutions and corrective/improvement measures to reduce idle resources and waste, control the overtime work effectively;

11. 主导精益生产项目的推广和应用，组织资源实施，不断提高生产效率和质量、缩短生产周期，降低生产成本；

Lead the promotion and application of lean production projects, organize resources and implement to continuously improve the production efficiency & quality, shorten the production cycle and reduce production cost;

12. 组织生产协调会议，及时协调各相关部门及人员，解决生产过程中的异常，确保生产顺畅；

Organize production coordination meeting, coordinate with related departments and personnel to solve the abnormal situation in production, ensure the orderly conduct of production;

13. 积极响应和处理问题，为生产相关人员提供辅导培训，监管、辅导、考核下属工作，安排和分配工作任务，检查工作质量；

Respond positively to fix the issues, provide coaching and training to production related staff, supervise, coach and evaluate the work of subordinates, arrange and assign work tasks,  check the quality of work.

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历，生产运营管理、机械制造或工业工程专业优先；流利的英语口语及读写能力，8年以上生产计划、精益生产、或工业工程相关经验

Bachelor degree or above education，preferably major in production operations management, mechanical manufactory or industrial engineering. Fluent on English speaking and writing，Over 8 years of Production Planning, Lean Production or Industrial Engineering related experience 

2. 熟悉生产制造各环节，具备系统的生产计划运作知识

Familiar with manufacturing process，Knowledge of systematic production planning and operation; 

3. 熟悉精益生产和IE手法，熟悉生产布局规划、产线排配

Familiar with lean production and IE techniques, Familiar with production layout & production line planning                    4. 良好的统计和分析、计划技能，对数据敏感；良好的协调能力和机动灵活性

Strong statistics analytical & planning skills, data sensitive; High level of coordination, mobility and flexibility;

5. 良好的沟通与问题分析解决能力，熟悉办公软件 ，熟悉ERP

Good command in communication, good at problem analysis and solving  Familiar with MS office & ERP
