岗位关键职能

1、 负责下系统订单，跟踪订单审批流程，发送外部订单给供应商；

Responsible for purchase order in terms of purchase request and approval process,

Issue external PO to vender. On time delivery with right quality and quantity.

2、 负责整理采购审批资料，存放公盘，及时登记当天的采购订单，维护供应商资料；

Filing purchasing approval related materials into public folder, record PO and maintain vendor profile.

3、 负责整理并提交采购付款申请资料，跟踪审批情况，对接财务部门核对付款；

Apply supplier payment compliance with PO payment terms and project progress or completions along with financial process.

4、 优化项目采购成本, 根据采购申请进行询价比价议价 ；

Optimize cost structure and total cost ownership meet project budget and record savings including RFQs, Price comparison, terms negotiation etc.

5、 领导安排的其他工作；

Perform other duties and task as assigned by manager(s).

6、 合规和职业道德。

Total compliance and integrity.

 

岗位要求

1、 本科及以上学历，管理类专业；

Bachelor degree or above, major in management.

2、 2年制造业直接或间接采购工作经历，暖通行业背景更佳；

2 years purchasing experience in manufacturing, HVAC is preferred.

3、 工作积极仔细认真且高效；

Work hard, conscientiously and efficiently.

4、 具备有效沟通能力和主观能动性；

Effective communication and proactive team work.

5、 熟悉MS office ERP Oracle, 学习上手能力强。

MS office and Oracle knowledge is a MUST.
