职位描述

I SECURE RELIABLE & COMPLIANT FINANCIAL STATEMENT for all Stakeholders:

●

I draw up standard monthly/quarterly/yearly financial report on time

●

I analyse my report in an understandable way and share to my sports team

●

I ensure my financial report compliance with Local/Group accounting Standard

●

I guarantee quality and accuracy of my area's economic data (statistic indicators of the monthly P&L, settings of

the weekly P&L, monthly piloting, probable etc.)

I coordinate and build up my sports/brand’s financial BP, 2-5Years trajectory：

●

I actively watch the company's external environment (market and competitor performance, management method,

cost optimisation etc.)

●

I work with sports leader on Business Plan N+1 to show a reasonable financial consequence（I want/I commit）. I

check and agree the sports 5 Years trajectory to show a profitable growth in TO & GOI.

●

I attend regularly in sports weekly meeting, team meeting, big milestone (selection etc..) to better understand

business model of my sports.validate the profitability instructions per department (small/medium/big) defined by

the market manager (store P&L per universe/sport).

I coordinate accuracy of my sports piloting and ensure the key profitability ratio respected:

●

I draw up and agree the annual budget for my sports or cost center.

●

I guarantee SAP piloting update frequently and make sure Oxygate piloting is in line with SAP(BI4 reporting).

●

I have a regular check on retail (online & offline) piloting, set up the mindset of piloting by sales channel.

●

I Estimate and review all investment linked with business and a reasonable reflect in piloting

●

I check that staff costs are aligned with the budgeted human structure

●

I ensure my total expense ratio respected

●

I monitor and check the Brand communication budget (eg technical partnership).

●

I check and alert net margin discrepancies.

●

I approve and check profitability studies for new product projects/investment projects/Event.

●

I check and review payment on overheads

JOB DUTIES/MY ROLE

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

SKILLS TO DEVELOP●

I alert operational staff in the event of margin, stock, budget problems.

●

I analyse profitability ratios (added value, margin/stock, etc.) sport by sport and obtain corrective actions

I choose, I analyse and I manage relevant economic indicators

●

Every month, I carry out the economic report of my sports while respecting dead-times.

●

I make reports available to managers enabling them to make the right decisions to follow the carrying out of our

strategies: economic reports, benchmark etc…

●

I manage collective performance indicators of the sports activity in a dynamic way.

●

I detect alerts (sales, margins, expenses, result, stocks, fulfilment of commitment etc.) and coordinate operational

staff on corrective actions until I obtain results

●

I see to the application of correct methods of stock and margin management by the stores and the purchasing

group (right stock at the right time, automatic supply, selling price discrepancy etc)

●

I analyse sports business in a dynamic way by following the country strategy (by city, by online platform etc…)

I develop the skills and autonomy of operational staff by passing on my know-how

●

I train operational staff in financial concepts, tools and their development

●

I know about the interactions between services and I create exchanges necessary for optimal operations

●

By sharing my analysis and my remarks with my manager, I help him make the right decisions

●

I indicate sales and ratios in an understandable way for the operational staff

●

I work in synergy with the shared service centre finance team

●

I share my analysis and my methods with the other SFA or BU

I coordinate the Economic KPI indicator, monthly/yearly bonus scheme

●

I approve the bonus calculation and coordinate the bonus system

●

I contribute my idea to set up the economic KPI and explain to my sports team

I TRANSFORM BUSINESS WILL INTO CONCRETE SOLUTIONS

●

I develop tools to help sports team to make decision on new developed products

●

I Simulate the economic impact on short term commercial event(eg. sales/margin/DVS/Value Creation etc)

●

I coordinate to find solution for new business format from accounting/legal/tax perspective

You have a financial background, understand accounting and are comfortable with digging any accounting matters with

the related experts.

You have 3 to 4 years working in finance.

You are recognized for your strong soft skills and ability to connect with business.

You have a lot of energy, you are curious.

You like to tackle problems and make things happen.

You are willing to learn a new environment, new skills, especially data oriented ones.
