Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure all SC purchasing applicable compliance with Purchasing Policies & Procedures;
2. Develop and Maintain the qualified suppliers as SC Business need and Focus Customer First;
3. Source competitive products or service by analyzing cost, Delivery and other quality of items in combination with users’ need through daily price comparison, recommended supplier evaluation;
4. Push continual improvement and closed loop management through supplier performance monitoring and regular compliance check on purchasing implementation;
5. erform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Line manager;

Job Requirements
1. Good experience on Supplier management, project management, and familiar with Electric Power & IA technology, especially for Industry automation, Energy Digital area;
2. Above 3 years of product & solution purchasing experience, service purchasing experience as plus;
3. Rich business experience to identify the risk and business process excellence;
4. Know service out-sourcing operation and vendor development through performance evaluation;
5. Familiar with China Market rules like sales, Engineering package etc;
6. Bachelor degree, major in Industry Automation or Auto Control;
7. Other Requirements：CET-6, MS Office tool like PPT, Excel, ERP.
