Main Responsibilities:
?Responsible for preventative maintenance and repair to maintain all production equipments in good condition.
?Work with cross function team to improve production efficiency and quality by new machine purchasing and existing system upgrading.
?Work with production and site EHS to improve equipment and facility safety.
?Improve maintenance team technical skills by training and coaching to build up a professional team.
?Maintain maintenance cost within OP by using management and technical methods.
?Cooperate with facility team on energy saving projects.
?Communicate with external contractors for equipment maintenance and order spare parts;
?Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

Qualification:
?Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, or Mech.& Elec. engineering.
?Above 5 years mechanical maintenance working experience, in multinational corporations or heavy industries preferred
?Strong knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system, good equipment trouble shooting skill.
?Proficient skill on AutoCAD, with 3D design skill, Pro-E, UG or Solid works preferred.
?Good machine safety knowledge and consciousness.
?Project management skill and experience.
?English skill both in written and spoken. Good communication skill.
