岗位职责:

1.积极响应现场技术支持需求，采用远程，现场，培训等方式，快速解决现场问题。
2.对现场不能处理的问题所提交的技术支持单进行审批。
3.对于现场遇到的问题和改进建议反馈给直接主管或服务部进行确认。
4.协调服务系统总部与公司的技术接口关系。
5.完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格:

1. Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格
？ Junior college degree or above.
中专及以上。
2. Experience工作经验
？ 4 years on-site installation or Maintenance experience.
4年以上工地安装或维保工作经验。
