What you will do

The mission of this position is to develop all kinds of solution offer and business model for selected vertical segment industry (Data Center), especially for integration of ELV system, HVAC equipment and other applicable system, thus enhance the business growing capability and achieve significant result. This manager should lead and organize all the possible resources to create and optimize all the possible theory and scheme which can guide and support whole organization to be more differentiated competitive and added value in this selected vertical segment market.

How you will do it

• Study and realize latest technology and core business development trend of selected vertical segment industry in order to support JCI to deliver more competitive offers and achieve more success in this industry continually;

• Study and familiar the overall business environment, marketing situation and business model of selected segment industry;

• Design and optimize advanced and feasible solution systems which suitable for selected segment industry based on JCI core business portfolios;

• Research and develop the solution scheme align with digitalization developing trend;

• Organize and coordinate all kinds of internal and external resources to support selected vertical segment solution business development, such as sales, PM, LoB, Design Institute, End User, SI, etc;

• Provide technical supporting and consulting to sales, regional technical support team, project manager, marketing and all others if it helps to push business to be more successful;

• Organize all kinds of necessary training, seminar, workshop to internal and external customers. Such activity should include, but not limited in technical proposal, solution theory, project execution and warranty period service, etc;

• Cooperate with sales and TS team to follow all the selected vertical solution projects to realize and control overall status of this business in order to achieve a maximum success;

What we look for

• Strong technical background of HVAC, ELV and MBS system, understand overall HVAC, building automation and control technology;

• Familiar with selected vertical segment industry, including marketing situation, business operation model, current technology and further developing trend;

• 10+ years technical background in selected segment industry, design institute or project engineering company working experience is preferred;

• Understand and familiar digitalization technology and market opportunity;

• Strong capability in people communication, organizing, coordinating and problem solving;

• Strong aspiration in teamwork and self-learning;

• Frequently English skill in both of oral and written;

• Bachelor degree or above, major in HVAC or BMS is preferred.
