职位描述
Overall Purpose of Job:
-Supervise GCQ's office administration, and facility repair, maintenance and renovation activities with the objective of supporting business needs in GCQ, employee communication, corporate guidelines and relevant local regulations.
Responsibilities:
Planning and Budgeting
-Develop department and shared administration expense budget; allocate to each department; review and monitor administration expenses on a monthly basis.
-Review office space, forecast space requirement and propose capital budget in order to meet GCQ's sales business expansion needs.
Policies and Procedures
-Propose improvements/modifications to existing administration and safety policies and procedures; explain administration policies and procedures to employees.
-Initiate administration projects, allocate responsibilities/resources, monitor progress/schedule and resolve project issues in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of administration processes and achieve cost saving target.
Employee Communication
-Coordinate and organize employee communication sessions and company events (i.e. annual dinner, birthday party etc) in order to improve company-employee relationship.
-Manage Employee Suggestion Box by gathering, reviewing and analyzing employee suggestions in order to develop appropriate implementation/action plan and provide feedback to employees in a timely manner.
Administrative Support
-Provide daily administrative support including office supply application fulfillment, office cleaning, etc.
-Conduct facility repair, maintenance, and renovation.
-Provide logistics support including transportation and accommodation to business travel and expatriates.
People Management & Development
-Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback; mentor, develop and motivate them; and resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent.
JOB PROFILE
Education and training:
-Degree holder in business
-Good command in oral and written Chinese & English.
-Other languages or dialects will be an advantage.
Experiences:
-Minimum 5 years experience in related field, with 3 years management experience
Personality:
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Proactive, quick action and self-motivation, positive and matured approach
-Team player
-Leadership
Physique:
-Male or female
-Preferable 30 to 40 years old
-Matured with good mental attitude
-Physically fit
