Job Responsibilities/工作职责:

1、负责录入总账凭证，确保当月所有凭证按时按质完成；

     Execute GL accounting and ensure all entries are completed timely and correctly before system close;

2、组织协调每月月末的结帐工作，按时出具中账和美账报表；

     Coordinate month end closing and prepare financial statement under both PRC GAAP and US GAAP;

3、在规定时间内填报总部要求的各项数据，并完成跟进事项；

     Submit data to world headquarter according to their requirement and follow up if necessary;

4、月度分析公司财务报表和相关费用报表；

     Analyze significant fluctuation in financial statement and other expense reports;

5、月度检查资产负债表项目，确保余额清晰合理；

     Perform balance sheet review monthly to ensure all balances are reasonable and clear;

6、协调年度外部审计和税审工作顺利开展，确保在规定时间内完成相关审计报告；

     Coordinate financial audit and tax audit to ensure the completion of audit report;

7、完成日常凭证及文档整理归档；

     Be responsible for voucher documentation;

8、其他临时性项目。

     Other ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirement/工作要求:

1、本科以上学历, 财务会计或相关专业；

2、通过中级会计职称或CPA考试优先；

3、大型外资企业总帐3年以上工作经验；

4、具备较强分析能力，跨部门沟通能力，了解财务流程；

5、熟练掌握Excel/ Word等Office软件；

6、CET-6，英语听说读写能力优良。
