工作描述:
1. 根据公司现行政策对销售提交的报备帐户进行审核及备案；
2. 每周按时提供销售帐户总表；
3. 每月按时提交当地人员统计结果，如入离职信息的核对、记录在职人员的配属情况等；
4. 话控宝系统的维护及调整，如入离职人员线路的修改、数据支持、设备维护等；
5. 不定期地对当地的客户进行拜访；
6. 对当地人员的报销进行预审；
7. 当地资产的统计管理及文具采购，如电脑等设备使用的备案工作；
8. 监督及促使现行财策政策的执行；
9. 对当地预算的监督及控制。

任职要求:
1. 大专或以上学历，具备6年以上工作经验，有财务工作经验者优先；
2. 熟悉Office 软件的操作，能熟练使用Excel 函数；
3. 英语一般，能读懂基本的英文邮件，能做简单的英语沟通；
4. 耐心、细心、抗压能力强，忠诚度高，善于交流。
