职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 组织和监管区域内项目财务工作；准时上交公司要求的各类报表；
2. 审核区域内项目月度会计报表及财务报告；监督、检查管理费收支情况，严格控制管理费支出在预算之内；
3. 协调项目财务与公司财务部及其他部门，财政、税务、银行等单位，客户的财务管理部门的关系；
4. 负责与银行、税务联络及商讨有关项目的银行及税务等事宜；
5. 协同业务组长出席与客户的会议，并对项目每月的财务状况作出报告分析及提出建议；
6. 配合内部、外部审计人员对项目的财务账目进行审计工作；
7. 保证区域内项目财务程序符合公司要求；
8. 保证区域内项目账务符合当地法律法规及政策。
岗位要求：
1. 相关财务管理经验5年以上，熟悉物业行业或具有四大会计师事务所工作经验尤佳
2. 熟悉财务，税务等相关法律法规，熟悉增值税管理规定及相关操作
3. 良好的人际沟通能力，具有团队合作精神
4. 良好的职业操守，富有责任心
5. 熟练操作电脑系统，包括Excel，PPT等
6. 良好的抗压能力
