In this role, you can

Assure the quality and compliance of digital platform and applications developed in the organization

You are responsible for

? Responsible for Software quality engineering activities including but not limited to:

o Align with BU/internal customer on quality governance model for R&D projects,

o designing SW Quality plans per local or BU QMS and overseeing the execution of SW Quality Plans,

o reviewing software design deliverables, identifying project quality risks and drive mitigation

o setting up, monitoring & analyze quality performance metrics of projects and convert them into actionable plan to drive project quality improvement,

o providing quality performance overview as key inputs to milestone and gate review decisions,

o leading root cause analysis on key quality, compliance and process issues in CAPA process,

o assuring component & algorithm Quality by working with BU / research team as needed.

? Responsible for deployment of Architecture and Platform Creation and Product Development Launch and Maintenance (AnPC and PDLM) from corporate to local QMS

? Support and facilitate the department in enabling and assuring that products are developed in compliance and requirements from applicable standards (ISO9001, ISO13485, IEC62304, ISO14971, etc)

? Supports (local) Q&R processes, including quality training, internal & external audit and CAPA, Quality Management Review, as a representative of Software Quality Assurance.

? Give guidance and actively contributes to other aspects related to quality, applicable regulatory requirements and Philips policies and procedures

You are a part of

Quality and regulatory organization of Chief Technology Office, who is providing quality assurance and regulatory compliance governance to all R&D and clinical affairs activities in China Innovation Hub.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• >3 years Q&R role, preferably in a Software Development Quality Assurance Role

• Experienced in Scaled Agile is a must

• Knowledge of applicable Software Product Lifecycle management and QMS standards (ISO9001:2015)

• Team player, pragmatic & pro-active

• English speaking/reading/writing

• Knowledge of applicable Medical Device Software Product Lifecycle and QMS standards (ISO62304, ISO13485:2016, ISO14971) (optional)
