Mission

· Understand our customer application requirements and related process technology in targeted segments and move them to general standard solution package

· Implement or support sales team with Application Development and feasibility analysis, and engineering project implementation on real customer application;

· Propose, Design and build preferred solution files based on real cases and experience.

· Help China sales team to achieve yearly business target.

· Support segment marketing manager to organize commercial and promotion activity.

· Influence and support offer creation and segment innovation

· Follow project implementation and collaborate on action plans to maintain output profitability

 Responsibilities

· Visit representative customers and understand technology, needs and pains, on their applications

· Bring deep / specific industry software knowledge (SCADA, MES, WMS, etc.) and application Know-How, in order to design and propose preferred solutions.

· Project conversion implementation under good project management.

· Create the related technical documents including project or customer requirement, function specification, program description, user guide, etc.

· Help to provide comparison with competition solution to build unique value propositions for Schneider solution

· Create Technical contents to describe, promote and train on preferred application solutions.

· support business development with market technological insights, trends or needs for innovation

Qualifications:

· Primarily expert in Hoisting applications. Segment process knowledge (metal) is a plus. >5 years (segment knowledge, regulations and process expertise)

· Expertise in several hoisting applications is strongly recommended

· Strong knowledge in software, MES, WMS, SCADA,

· Industrial automation background, Variable Speed Drives or Power conversion technology

· Project management background (preferred in hoisting application)
