• Contact with internal/external and together solving the quality problems by technical ways and means. Inspiring the underlings' potential.和内,外部联系,共同确定技术质量问题,通过技术手段保证产品质量，激发员工的内在潜力。

Responsibilities:工作职责

• Confirming the department structure and working process;
• Taking part in solving the technical problems during new development and following development in order to develop new market and inspire potential;
• Making analysis of customers’ wish, keeping in contract with customers in order to meet their requirement, get the information about keystones and difficulties in advance and which new product they have and its market field;
• Supporting technical process and series production, definition of the quality of process development and making sure satisfy the customers’ requirement. Producing according to production plan in order to make sure the project goes into series production successfully;
• Personal arrangement: Arranging personal and distributing task properly. Inspiring the potential and motivation underlings in order to promote their creativity and flexibility;
• Guiding the investment, capability planning and production measures of new project. If necessary, communicating（product Auditing and process Auditing） with customers in order to make sure our supply in both quantity and quality on schedule;
• Driving other related departments to cooperate with under the consideration of project schedule, cost and quality;
• Taking part in the working of quality change （for example: 0-failure, process control, process control abilities.）Making sure the internal/external complain be solved in order to improve the product quality continually and the satisfaction grade of the customers.
• 确定本部门的组织结构和工作流程；
• 参与解决生产过程中关于新开发以及后续开发的技术问题，以便于开发新的市场，发挥潜能；
• 分析客户意愿,保持与客户技术联系沟通,以便于保证产品满足客户要求，预先知道问题难点所在，同时认识新产品及市场领域；
• 工艺流程支持/批量生产支持 定义过程开发的质量，满足技术法规要求，以及按过程生产制造,以确保项目能够正常批量生产；
• 人员调配 有目的的进行PP人员的调配和任务的分配，激励员工的潜力和能动性,以便于促进其创造性和灵活性；
• 引导新项目的投资和生产能力计划，生产措施，必要的时候和客户进行协商（产品审核，过程审核），确保我们供应的产品符合时间进度，数量和质量；
• 在考虑到项目进度、成本和质量以及技术规格的情况下,推动其它相应部门,协调工作。

Education教育水平需求：University Degree 大学本科

Language requirement 语言要求：good communication in English良好的英语沟通

Majors/Expertise 专业或专业技术要求: Mechanical Engineering 机械专业

Working experience requirement: 工作经历要求:

• 3 years work experience in technology or project management从事技术或项目管理3年以上工作经验

Other requirement 其他要求: Good communication ability;Teamwork 善于沟通协调，具有团队精神
