工作职责:

POSITION SUMMARY

Develop and maintain the on-premises / cloud hosted internal IT systems, includes OA, Master Data and interfaces etc.

Design and build processes / tools to monitor and ensure the data consistency / integrity of master data.

Follow the software development life cycle and industry standards.

Leverage the latest technology and tools to optimize the internal system architecture / workflows / automation processes.

Provide recommendations and enhancement to improve business efficiency and information security.

Communicate with local stakeholders for new and change of business process, collect requirements and propose solution. Act as project manager and take ownership to lead the process and ensure the on-time delivery.

Manage the vendors and external consultants, work effectively with them to ensure delivery against agreed priorities.

Provide effective trainings and document training materials on new modules and functions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business users, project managers and other engineers on other IT projects.

2nd level support for system related issues.

Key Job Outputs

Deliver stable, efficient and user-friendly workflows on OA platform.

Ensure the data consistency / integrity of master data.

Understand the business needs and translate them into proposal.

Design the solution, which is compliant with the ISS standards and best fits the ISS system portfolios.

Fine tune the workflow / data structure / form.

Maintain the workflow approval flows according to the ISS approval matrix.

Effective communications with local stakeholders and external consultants.

Project Management with Delivery on schedule.

Deliver training and training materials.

Up-to-date documents of design / test / implement.

Trackable records for tasks on development / change / trouble shoots.

Propose and implement new processes to drive business efficiency.

Eyes on the latest technology, apply it into the current business practice.

任职资格:

Qualification

Experienced in software development, understand the software development life cycle.

Experienced in development workflows and functions based on Weaver platform.

Experienced in .Net / IIS / JS and other methodologies of web development.

Experienced in DB "script"s.

Experienced in system design/development over cloud environment, knowledge on hybrid cloud architecture is a plus. Knowledge on Windows / Linux "script"ing.

Knowledge on project management. PMP / Prince is a plus.

Knowledge on information security and data protection.

Knowledge on Power BI is a plus.

Basis knowledge on ERP, Core HR and accounting.

Quick learner, open minded and willing to apply the new concept into work.

Good oral and written English.

Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong learning ability.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Own strong responsibility and professionalism with good team spirit
