主要职责：

• 审查公司规章制度和业务流程，评估公司内部控制体系以及风险管理体系的健全性、合理性和有效性
• 起草、构建、优化公司合规管理文件和体系
• 开展合规审查，识别、评估、检测和报告公司合规风险，并提出控制措施
• 与公司各部门合作，定期监控内部政策或流程的遵循程度，以预防违规事件发生
• 组织合规培训和合规政策宣导，提供合规政策咨询；
• 调查内部合规警示事件，必要时担任与第三方合作的负责人
• 掌握市场上最新的相关合规要求，以确保公司遵循***实践
• 向董事会成员定期汇报工作进度、必要时向外部相关机构汇报

岗位要求：

• 具备法律专业研究生学历，有海外留学经验者优先
• 具备法律职业资格证书
• 具备8年以上在MNC的合规经验（以服装织品业为佳）
• 有财务/审计背景优先
• 曾参与公司内部合规/风控体系搭建者佳
