Job Description & Summary


A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.


Our Information Technology Development team helps develop and supports internal information technology systems and applications for use by all staff levels. You’ll help our team develop programmes and applications that cater to PwC’s strategic technology needs using your knowledge of technical domains of application.



Job Description & Responsibilities


  • Participate in organizing and monitoring various projects, events and related activities (e.g. meetings/webinars) with vendors and business users;
  • Provide innovative audio—visual services and advise across PwC mainland China and Hong Kong users of their workspace against the conference room’s setting;
  • Support logistics arrangement and administrative duties for events;
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders;
  • Participate in all audio and video conferencing operations projects throughout stages design, implementation and operational support;
  • Manage technology vendor interaction for each Webcast deployment (sets up event, registration page); serves as the liaison between the organisers and the vendor to ensure that expectations are being met;
  • Perform vendor comparison and performance review;
  • Manage projects of building IT infrastructure, data centre and structural cabling system;
  • Provide technical advice and assist for office renovation projects;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.



Job requirement:


  • Degree in BBA, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or IT;
  • 3-4 years’ experience in PR, marketing, event or webinar management and event management experience in a digital environment are preferable;
  • Extensive experience in managing vendors, sponsors, organizers, and stakeholders to ensure events/webinars/webcasts run as planned;
  • Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal skills (English and Mandarin) and must be extremely organized;
  • Enthusiastic with a "can-do" attitude;
  • Creative, self-motivated and willing to challenge status quo;
  • Must be able to work under pressure when last minute tasks arise and meet deadlines;
  • Candidate must have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and quick to adopt new skills and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiar with related IT system and *** installations for event operation are preferable;
  • Candidate with less experience will also consider as Digital Event Specialist.
