1. Product management

- To assist Marketing Manager in new products development/selection and assist to build up product ranges based on market demands and competition

- To align with Marketing Manager to identify products proposition with product classification, key selling points, channel penetration and pricing setting

- To develop and update product/brand PPT, technical sheet and communication tools

- To overview WSP, Trade catalogue design for both printing and E-version

- To work with wine educator and prepare brand and product training materials upon product arrival

- Be responsible for all relevant documents updates including: GOGs sheet, import list, supplier contact list, etc.

2. Brand management

- To prepare and implement with marketing manager quarterly promotion plan by aligning wineries visit schedules and sales team request (be responsible on wineries communication part)

- To prepare and analyze depletion quarterly on key brands

- To align with Marketing Manager for event & project preparation, execution, coordination and report back the on-site activities to wineries and update the A&P sheets

- To adapt brand related POSMs design and align with Marketing Manager to arrange production on leaflet, catalogue, awards, etc. for key brands in order to support sales

- To ensure a steady analysis of competitors strategies, products and market tendency

3. Daily support to sales team

- To insure a constant communication link between national team and brand team in order to understand the market, the competition, the sales team needs and be able to initiate new processes and tools.

- To answer team’s questions about brands/products

- To provide latest brand information and appropriated tools to the team

- To support sales team on major clients opening, promotion, event, POSMs, etc…

4. Events:

- To coordinate major national events and exhibitions fairs with trade marketing and sales team

- To support on exhibitions and wine fairs happening in China

- To participate to event theme concept creation by helping on the POSM expenses advises and feasibility.

5. Others

- Project based assignment and other work arranged by line manager
