职位描述
一、职位描述：
1.负责执行工商业教育市场年度销售计划，开发区域教育市场新客户资源，实现新业务增长；
2.负责对区域内教育市场新客户进行拜访，推广爱玛客综合校园后勤物业服务；
3.负责培养和维护区域内教育市场现有客户的良好客户关系，协助运作团队，实现基础业务增长；
4.负责调研和分析区域内教育市场客户的需求和资料；
5.负责解决方案的制定及宣讲，支持招投标工作，完成销售合同的签订及后续事宜；
6.负责完成上级交办的其它任务。
二、任职要求：
1.学历背景：本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2.工作经验：不限，具有销售工作经验者优先；
3.沟通表达：亲和力强，良好的语言表达能力和沟通技巧，善于倾听；
4.技能要求：建立和培养良好客户伙伴关系的协调能力，具有服务意识；
5.性格态度：热爱销售工作，成就动机强，自信并勇于接受挑战，具有较强的抗压能力；
6.出差概率：50%
三、薪资：
5-12K+提成
