岗位职责:

Key Responsibilities
Management
？ Plan/Management/Deliver store operation resource
？ Manage store retail operations and ensure delivery of commercial targets/KPI’s
？ Manage the implementation of the communication/PR/event plan
？ Manage the store brand experience implementation
？ Manage direct teams

Financial
？ Deliver annual financial targets and budgets for store
？ Deliver specific reporting required

Business Intelligence
？ Report the defined business/marketing information captured at the store level according to plan
？ Deliver/support ad hoc requests when requested
？ Plan specific store internal workflows and processes

HR Management
？ Set performance and development plans with direct reports; review and evaluate performance
？ Manage subordinates and their teams (stores and back-office)
？ Recruit and train shop assistants according to plan
？ Liaise with local authorities and partners

Training and Development
？ Implement all existing retail trainings
？ Pioneer new trainings and tracking tools to ensure perfect customer service

KPI
Store retail operations KPI’s, financial KPI’s, BE tracking, MSP tracking, retail marketing KPI’s – all these KPI’s to be defined on a yearly base

任职资格:

Experience / Skills Required
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing megastore in the world for leading mid high end retailers; Experience in managing high level retail image and delivering consumer in store experience
