Overview

主要负责销售计划，推动销售和带领各类销售活动、促销以完成各项销售指标。

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

·   订立销售策略以完成各项销售指标

·   与公司其它各部门进行合作以完成各项销售指标

·   设立销售团队个人指标

·   监督销售团队的表现

·   确保销售团队拥有合适的资源以完成销售，包含培训、教练指导等

·   跟进销售指标完成情况并给与销售团队建议

·   评估销售人员的表现

·   提供有效的回应、支持和给予销售团队教练指导

·   销售人员培训

·   销售和店铺数据分析并给予相关部门反馈

·   销售预估，包含月度、季度和年度的销售计划

·   成本和预算控制

·   库存控管并保证店铺内库存足以支持销售需要

·   市场调研并给予反馈

Education and Experience

·   大专或同等学历

·   至少3年以上多店管理经验，服装、化妆品、饰品、化妆品等品类尤佳

Key Competencies

·   良好的口头和书面沟通技巧

·   具有条理性并能有计划能力

·   具有紧急应变处理能力

·   数据分析

·   具有领导能力

·   会英文者为佳

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
