Summary 简述

The main responsibility of the Business Development manager is to ensure the success of Insurance and other new products and service development of commercial department following the target. Proactively and constructively contribution to the growth and fulfilment of SLC new product and service strategy (like insurance, operating lease etc.).

Professional Competencies (Duties and Tasks)

New products and service develop and Implement

·        Actively contribute to the new products and new service construction and development under the lead of Business development and commercial director, provide 

·        Organize and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to move on the strategy and plans for new business and products development. 

·        Continuously monitoring and analysing the progressing of new products and services in the pilot period, and presenting the information to company for review

·        Actively work with retail and wholesale financing team to ensure the new products and services could be fully taken and leveraged in commercial activities

Desirable experience and qualifications 要求的经验和资格

·        Higher education or equivalent work experience

·        Experience on auto insurance is preferred

·        more than 5 years in financial lease/operating lease industry is preferred

·        Relevant experience in new product and service develop in financing leasing industry is plus

·        Fluent in English, Mandarin and good computer skill in a Microsoft environment

·        Experience in auto operating lease is a plus
