Job Summary：
Responsibilities:  Work with product management and application engineering to understand product requirements

• Develop control strategies and algorithms to meet or exceed product requirements

• Validate and verify control strategies

• Develop embedded software based on product specification

   

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is required.

• Master’s Degree in Control Theory is strongly preferred.   

• Working experience in developing control strategies and algorithms in HVAC is preferred, but new graduates with strong academic achievement will also be considered.

   

  Key Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency with Matlab Simulink and Stateflow is required.

• Understanding with model based design processes and modeling & simulation of complex systems is required. 

• Understanding of control system design. Classical control knowledge required (PID control, linear control, digital filtering). Advanced control knowledge preferred (modern control theory, model predictive control, non-linear control, adaptive control, fuzzy logic).

• Understanding of optimization techniques is preferred.

• Fluent English skill is preferred.

  Or

• Understanding of control system design. Classical control knowledge required (PID control, linear control, digital filtering).

• 5+ years C /C++ development experience required but strong graduate candidates will be considered

• Strong coding skills with proven ability to write well documented, maintainable, and testable code.

• A genuine passion and interest in technology and software development with a thorough knowledge of best practices and new technologies.

• Fluent English skill is preferred.
