Key Responsibilities：

1.     CRM daily management and campaign support

·        Member caring follow-up (eg: coupon and redemption setting/management)

·        Member engagement campaign execution (products /campaign/delivery management）

·        Tmall CRM campaign development and maintenance support

·        Retail operation coordination and respective event support

·        3^rd part agency management and internal cross function coordination

·        Responsible for all CRM content management and support  

    2.  Data and report support;

·        CRM report follow up and management (recruitment weekly report/store weekly report/MET report/member quarterly report /)

·        Routine data request follow-up.

·        Other data support requested by internal.

3. Other projects or tasks assigned by department. 

Job Requirements：

¨     3 years supportive CRM function background;

¨     Skillful in data collection and handling;

¨     Good communication skill and collaboration spirit;

¨     Fluent in oral and written English is a plus;
