岗位职责:

1、协助零门店管理层处理日常零售业务，包括与各部门的日常协调及与团队成员一起管理内部流程；

2、负责门店各项报表的整理与整合，完成销售报表的分析与呈现；

3、协调和准备各种会议，负责门店会议的会议记录，并进行后续的跟进与整理；

4、门店零售物料的订购和维护；

5、确保团队成员的完整行程安排及后续的差旅费用统计与报告；

6、负责团队的项目管理跟进，包括年度特殊项目等。

 

任职资格:

任职资格:

1、2-3年的行政相关经验，有门店相关行政工作经验更佳；

2、基础的英语读写能力，具备一定口语沟通能力更佳；

3、主要base在门店工作，能接受门店做五休二的排班制，周末和节假日可能需要出勤；

4、良好的Excel公式（vlookup和数据透视表需要会）和PPT制作能力。
