Summarized Accountability:

Assist GM Marketing Manager to support local BUs to achieve success through

• Knowledge & best practices sharing
• NPD, product information coordination
• Global Markets internal knowledge sharing tools champion

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge & best practices sharing

• Work with the GME markets to ensure top quality and content of GME quarterly marketing report
• Assist markets in communicating new ideas and approaches in a timely and effective manner, creating an ongoing stream of Rich Connections features
• Keep connection with GME local marketers to understand & identify best practices
• Share what’s new for market trends, product & technology innovations.

• Connect with local markets to have new product roadmap update in E-planning system quarterly
• Product information coordination based on requests from local marketers
• Monthly finance system data maintenance for NPD

Internal knowledge sharing tools champion

• Inspire local markets to fully leverage internal digital tools including Rich Connections GM marketing portal, Recipe APP and Teambition NPD project tool
• Continuously improve Rich Connections user experience through user listening and working with IT teams

Experience & Education：

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years marketing experience in food industry, bakery & food service channel experience preferred.
• Experience working with many different markets and cultures is a plus

• Hands-on, pro-active, anxious to learn new knowledge/skills, passionate on digital tools, strong team working spirit
• Wants to try new approaches and solutions
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English language skills – speaking and written
• Computer literacy - PPT, Excel

• Willing to work in international time zone, ie participate meetings in early morning and at night.
