职位描述
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Develop local channel marketing program, align with sales and trade support teams, and works closely with them to execute the plans in support of delivery of distribution, volume, turnover, gross margin and market share targets in indirect channel
- Develop all selling materials in the channel, ensuring they closely mirror the channel selling approach & target customers so they are practical, relevant and useable
- Lead B2B and B2C project POSM design and manage POSM allocation including consistent communication, material planning and design/messaging development, allocation mechanism and delivery tracking
- Manage to provide analysis of all promotional activities for future guide
- Help to resolve related PR issue - competitive issue and product related issue
- Be in charge of big events design and execution
- Build a strong team through effective selection, coaching, development and performance management
EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
(MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business and/or related field. Masters/MBA is a plus
- Minimum 10 years related marketing experience, with proven track record in leadership roles
- eCommerce/digital marketing knowledge is preferred
· Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
· Decision making and result driven
· Effective communication and influencing skills, able to collaborate cross diverse functions
· Good written and verbal communication in English
