JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Develop CRM action plan corresponding to business needs throughout all touch points and monitor ROI;
2.On-going execution and monitor of CRM programs and results;
3.Lead the seasonal campaign and treatment for main holiday occasions: New Year, Valentine’s Day(s), Xmas, etc;
4.Develop affinity partnership, detect cooperation opportunities, define the action plan for client prospection and monitor ROI;
5.Co-ordinate operationally loyalty development tools to clients;
6.Share regular best practices of competitors;
7.Other duties as requested by management.

PROFILE:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Minimum 3 years working experience in luxury retail / fashion, specialized in CRM marketing;
3.Applied analytics sensibility with proven ability to make profitable decisions based on data;
4.Hands on experience and proficiency in CRM and business intelligence tools;
5.Strong project management and time management skills;
6.Good communication skills and relationship management skills;
7.Good team player, at ease with transversal and multi-sites organization;
8.Skilled in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
