Job Description
PQE is a service provider company, leader in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device sectors since 1998. With a network of hundreds dedicated consultants, PQE delivers the highest level of expertise to more than 160 customers worldwide.
An international group, PQE operates in over forty countries throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas. PQE offers a worldwide coverage with offices and representatives across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America, in order to better serve these specific local markets.
Due to a constant growth, PQE is looking for a IT Service Desk for our Company in Shanghai, China.
Responsibilities
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Research questions using available information resources
- Advise user on appropriate action
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Log all help desk interactions
- Administer help desk software
- Follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues
- Redirect problems to correct resource
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
- Prepare activity reports
- Inform management of recurring problems
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- Help update training manuals for new and revised software and hardware
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
- Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
- Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
- Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support

该全职岗位要求IT顾问能够在项目经理的指导下帮助公司维护IT系统及相关硬件软件设施,帮助客户进行IT Infrastructure, CSV以及GAP FIX 整改服务,职责包括但不限于以下:
项目团队的合作
能够与外国同事沟通交流完成公司日常IT系统硬件软件的运行及维护
有一定沟通能力
在工作中依据高级项目经理的指导进行相关工作
在高级专家的指导下对验证文件和测试文件进行整理
要求:
头脑聪慧,积极上进,能够接受新东西
技术背景(IT专业)
英语流利,能与老外进行无障碍沟通交流
Requirements:

Technical Degree (IT)
Fluent English
***具备:
制药行业经验
两年工作经验
