Primary Responsibilities: 

1. Provide senior review (major) and medical translation (minor) service in regard to one specified field, such as C to E, clinical and nonclinical E-C or CMC E-C; 

提供特定领域（如中英翻译、临床非临床的英中翻译、CMC的英中翻译）的高级审校（主要）和医学翻译（次要）；

2. Be responsible for medical translation project management as a project leader (or at least a leader for one specified field from a project). Coordinate the project, review and QC the drafts of translations independently, to insure the progress and quality of final translation delivery; 

作为项目负责人，负责医学翻译项目的管理（或至少为项目特定领域的负责人）。独立协调项目安排、审校和QC翻译初稿，确保最终翻译交付的进度和质量； 

3. Assist, or with some supervision, to play a fundamental role in the recruitment and performance management within the sub-team; 

协助或在一定指导下就小组内的招聘及绩效管理发挥主要作用； 

4. Coaching and training junior translators within the sub-team or in the specified field; 

对小组内或特定领域的初级译员提供指导和培训； 

5. Maintain proper translation related documentation and tracking records; 

妥善保存翻译相关文件和追踪记录； 

6. Other tasks related to translation assigned by the line manager. 

直属经理分派的其他翻译相关任务。

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or above majored in corresponding medical or pharmaceutical field, CET-6 or above; 

相应医学或药学专业学士或以上学位，持有CET-6或以上证书； 

2. Have rich experiences in medical translation (at least 4 years of previous full-time job or at least 7 years of previous part-time job) and can provide high quality medical translation service from English/Chinese into Chinese/English in a timely manner independently;

具备丰富的医学翻译经验（至少4年全职或至少7年***经验）并可按时独立地提供高质量的中英互译；

3. Have at least 2 years of previous working experience in medical translation project management;

  

具有至少2年的医学翻译项目管理的过往工作经验；

4. With a steady disposition and a strong sense of responsibility, pay enough attention to both macroscopic planning and details;

  

性格稳重、责任心强、行事注重大体规划和细节；

5. Have good abilities in rigorous logic reasoning, learning, time management, communication and cooperation;

  

具备严密的逻辑能力，良好的学习、时间管理、沟通和协作能力；

6. Have a good ability to use Microsoft packages, adobe acrobat and internet.

  具备熟练使用Microsoft办公软件、Adobe和互联网的能力。
