l Digital related:

    

l Support line manager to develop integrated digital marketing campaigns (website, social media, etc.) and across physical offline and online digital channels with ability to analyze data to increase campaign results for house brands.

    

l Strong content interest with strong ability to write and communicate effectively for different channels.

    

l Work with brand team to develop strong stories (written, video，picture, animation or any other form) and knowing where and how to amplify them across digital channels.

    

l Manage and update the website and link all information like new product introductions and product upgrades to provide up-to-date information on website.

    

l Analyze and measure business effects for brand awareness, conversion and loyalty by using web analytics and research.

    

    

l Business & brand related: ( only for RB)

    

l Work closely with global brand marketing team to ensure the good understanding for global campaign concept, creative guidelines, assets, usage rights and to be the core player to leverage the global assets for local needs and cascade the information to sales teams.

    

l Brand level report update including biz. review, budget, brand calendar, product feedback…etc.

    

l Knowledge on local content development to fulfill business needs based on pre-alignment with global, esp. for local buying days.

    

    

Qualification, Knowledge & Experience

    

l Bachelors degree in digital marketing, communication, business or related field

    

l At least 4 years of experience working in FMCG or retail marketing environment

    

l Fluent in oral and written English

    

l Ability to produce strong marketing content

    

l Excellent PC skills in Excel, Power Point, Word, etc

    

l Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing concepts

    

l Ability to run on own and basic technical understanding of digital

    

l Excellent project management, planning & problem-solving skills

    

l Big passion in sports category is a plus
