PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
Be responsible for the implementation of GCS ASPAC Hub training programs and Merieux University ASPAC Hub training programs. As a junior technical trainer to deliver local product training.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Be responsible for the implementation of GCS ASPAC Hub training programs and Mérieux University ASPAC Hub training programs as well the evaluation of training programs organization should be above 9;
2. Evaluate program delivery, learning methods and customer satisfaction to ensure quality is maintained;
3. Complete KPI report every month and propose valuable suggestion to optimize Training Center administrative management;
4. As a junior technical trainer to deliver local product training.

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Masters / Bachelor degree, high level pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare knowledge
2. Good command of English and Mandarin
3. Excellence communication and interpersonal Skills
4. Dynamic, ambitious and able to work under the complex challenges
