The key purpose is to define, develop and deliver sales analytics, insight, tools and efficient approaches that support lead generation, competitive pricing, high quality bid processes and proactive customer retention within all sales work streams (solution, field and direct). The role will lead and develop the Commercial Excellence team and ensure the right capabilities are installed in the team.

Key Accountabilities:

1.Own and manage ISS Commercial governance process end to end；

2.Manage the functions of supporting roles in the Commercial Team to maximize productivity

3.Define and implement a channel strategy, including digital communication, to strengthen ISS position in country towards prioritized markets (with Marketing Manager role)

4.Own, manage and maintain the CRM system, including training in efficient use, updates and delivery of relevant analytics to support commercial decisions

5.Define and deliver sales reporting, pipeline reporting and sales forecasts to management

6.Manage the country Content Library and bid writing resources to deliver compelling proposals / RFP's

7.Construct, allocate and manage support resource for each bid opportunity

8.Monitor key contracts (end-date, risk rating) and assess customer relationships to support retention

Qualifications:

1.Strong ability to keep track of multiple targets and processes

2.Comfortable with constant contact with relevant collaborators to ensure high quality processes

3.Ability to work across the country/regional organisation establishing relations with stakeholders at all levels

4.Strong leadership and project management skills

5.Strong CRM and channel strategy experience from B2B business

6.5+ years of commercial excellence experience
