Key Accountabilities

1. Responsible for the monthly payroll report preparation and delivery.

2. Preparing the overtime and absence record for CS team payroll calculation.

3. Monitor the labor outsourcing vendor (including oversea venders) to ensure the payroll delivery.

4. Collaborate with Finance team to ensure the vendor payment settlement.

5. Assist in other C&B related project.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource Management or related; 

2. Fluent in English; Good MS Excel skill.

3. 2 years experience in HR payroll/C&B position. Familiar with Chinese labor laws and regulations.

4. Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity, ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with specific deadlines.
