1. Design and generate various oncolytic vectors, play leading roles in setup and optimization of novel oncolytic vector

2. Establish and validate assays/models supporting assessment of oncolytic virus, including both in vitro and in vivo models; evaluate biological activity and toxicity of oncolytic vector using relevant assay/models

3. Analyze experimental data and results, do troubleshooting and make new plans with independency and efficiency.

4. Play active roles in preparing study protocols, reports and other scientific writings.

5. Communicate with client, supervisor and collaborate with coworkers to make efficiency and timeline of projects

任职资格:

1. Ph.D. in virology, oncology, immunology or other relevant major with >3+ years working experience in relevant fields in industry or academic institutes.

2. A broad and integrated knowledge of oncolytic virus, viral vectors, and/or oncology immunology.

3. High motivation to embrace new technologies and tools.

4. Hands-on experience in virology, immunology, oncology, molecular and cell biology assays and viral vector constructions.

5. Proven track record of scientific publications on virology, oncology, immunology, viral vector, gene therapy and other relevant fields.

6. Good management, excellent communication skills and team work spirits.

7. Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Chinese.
