In this role you will responsible for:

1)        Staff reimbursement checking and make sure in compliance with company policy and local requirements

2)        Reimbursement entry booking into SAP

3)        Payment proposal generating from SAP and submit to Cashier for final release

4)        Employee cash advance follow up and clear up timely, yearly confirmation follow up

5)        Tax invoice purchase and tax card monthly registration for Shanghai branches

6)        Ad hoc support for tax reporting such as tax documentation for 2 companies; working paper preparation for VAT calculation; tax statistics; VAT invoicing track list

7)        Other duties as requested by managers

• Financial College or University degree, at least 1 year experience in payable, staff reimbursement and tax invoices is preferred.
• Skill/competency Requirement:

1. Be honest and accountable
2. SAP experience is preferred and good use of Microsoft Office
3. Hard working and good communication skill
